[Apply] SA Innovation Summit partners with Jack Ma Foundation's to find African Business Heroes

The “Africa’s Business Heroes” (ABH) prize competition, the Jack Ma Foundation’s flagship philanthropic program spotlighting and celebrating Africa’s entrepreneurial talent has opened applications for its third annual edition. The SA Innovation Summit is an Anchor Partner of the prize competition in 2021 in the Southern African region.

SAIS is supporting the search for the next “Africa’s Business Heroes” by reaching out to talented entrepreneurs and sharing knowledge and insights to help aspiring candidates navigate the application process.

COMPETITION CRITERIA:
African nationals who are (co)Founders of businesses that are:
• Operating in Africa
• Creating social impact
• 3 years old or more
• Financially robust with at least 3 years of revenue

WHAT'S AT STAKE?

ABH will recognize 100 African entrepreneurs and allocate, over a ten-year period [2019-2029], grant funds, media exposure on international TV, alongside training, world-class mentorship, and learning programmes, as well as access to a community of like-minded African business leaders.

The SA Innovation Summit is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs expand their horizons on the highest platforms from Africa to the world. SAIS’ focus will be:
