Pre-seed accelerator Founder Institute, has launched applications for its South Africa program, which is seeking for ambitious entrepreneurs that want to use technology to build a sustainable future.
The Founder Institute, which is based in Palo Alto, California, and was founded in 2009 by Adeo Ressi and Jonathan Greechan, connects startups with professionals who share equity in their success. Its business-building process has helped alumni raise over US$950 million to date.
The Founder Institute is now accepting applications for the upcoming South Africa March 2022 program, with the goal of identifying high-potential founders through a series of aptitude and personality tests.
Founder Institute is searching for entrepreneurs or teams in the early stages of business who are utilizing technology and have the ability to scale globally, as part of its commitment to promoting the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals through this programme.
Selected founders will be mentored by local and international mentors, investors, alumni, and entrepreneurs, and will be able to make progress on their businesses utilizing a proven, structured process to gain traction and raise funds.
They can also get fast-tracked to a suite of post-programmes, including Funding Lab, and expand their support network to include startup founders, CEOs, and investors from the Founder Institute’s global network of more than 5,000 alumni and over 20,000.
Until February 28, 2022, you can apply here.
